We're Jason and Heatherlyn, and we're excited to announce our move from Denver, Colorado to San Diego, California!

We've been drawn to the vibrant energy and beautiful climate of San Diego for years. Our love affair with the city began with touring the southwest and house-sitting for people who have become dear friends, where we immersed ourselves in the local music scene and contributed to artist-in-residence programs.

Heatherlyn (they/she) is a full-time artist, working as a singer/musician, performer, songwriter, and painter. They also teach mindfulness in their live-stream gatherings and are certified as a yoga teacher!

Jason (he/him) has a background in production and artist support and servicing the real estate industry as a home organizer and move manager.

Together Heatherlyn and Jason curate immersive concert experiences, community building and LiveStream content creators.

In addition to overseeing a vineyard east of San Diego pre-covid Heatherlyn and Jason have been live-in personal assistants for a woman with MS in Denver, CO. We are open to similar arrangements that are supportive to our primary passion in music and arts.

We're seeking a conscious community where we can continue to connect with like-minded individuals, foster creativity, and support local artists. Our shared passion for music and community building will be an asset to the San Diego scene.

We're currently exploring both short-term and long-term housing options starting October 1st 2024 and are eager to connect with people who share our values and lifestyle. In the short term we are seeking furnished space within a home to land and get our bearings as we engage the community and create financial flow. We’re currently financially supported by recurring income from our online work yet need additional income locally.

We're excited to become a part of the San Diego community and can't wait to see what adventures await!
