We'll begin with a segment of stillness, music and meditation and then shift into moving body and breath with yoga poses, postures and slow, simple flowing movements. This practice will be accessible to various levels of experience and flexibilty.
This is a time for slowing down, breathing deeply, connecting within each of ourselves, and enjoying a fun time of being with each other!
:: WHAT TO BRING ::
~ Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat if you have one! We'll have extras for those who don't!
~ Bring a bottle of wine (or another beverage you enjoy!) or some treats/appetizers to share for after our practice together!
~ Suggested Donation $20
Arrive 6:30 PM to settle in. We'll begin our practice about 6:45 PM and have our treats and wine together around 8PM after Final Relaxation (Savasana).
