Arrive anytime after 6:30 pm to settle in and find your space.
We’ll begin our Music & Meditation segment at 7 pm. This is a time for stillness and deep breaths and practicing presence with guided meditation and song.
Then we’ll move into a time of more intentional, slow movements with simple yoga poses and postures and stretches. Beginners welcome!
Then, we'll eat and drink together and enjoy conversation with friends!
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t have a mat, we have extras! Bring a bottle of wine or other beverages and appetizers to share!
